Mole Removal Procedure
Moles are very common and most people will have a few moles on their body, most of which are not troublesome at all.
Some people do have more than others and there are a number of very valid reasons why you may want a mole removing:
- prominent, unsightly or embarrassing moles
- large, raised or ugly looking moles
- facial moles or those on visible body areas e.g. neck, chest
- moles that rub on clothing
Mole Removal
Mole removal is a very simple procedure which is carried out under local anaesthetic. It will take less than half an hour to complete. There will be a small scar after healing.
Mole Testing
If you wish, or if the Surgeon recommends it, we can arrange for testing of moles (hystology report) to put your mind at rest. This is an optional extra that you may wish to consider.
