Tru-vu is a computer system which can detect fine lines, pore damage, sun damage, redness and blocked pores. Your face is photographed by using filters of the system’s digital camera under two kinds of polarized light: ultraviolet light and blue light.
After analysis the system recommends specific cosmetic products and helps you how to look after and care for your face.
Primary skin conditions that the Tru Vu machine will consider include:
- Moderate Number of fine lines
- high number of wrinkles
- elevated amount of redness
- elevated amount of UV Damage
- elevated bacterial activity
- moderate number of clogged pores
- Moderately thin lower lip
- Moderately thin upper lip
- Fine left nasal wrinkle
- Visible right nasal wrinkle
The machine uses 5 key settings to produce a full report on the condition of your skin so that the most appropriate treatment can be recommended:
- Visible Light reveals skin’s look in Natural Light
- Parallel polarised light shows fine lines and wrinkles
- Cross Polarised light shows redness
- UV light shows sun damage
- Blue light shows bacterial activity and clogged pores
